Gym Flag Co is a dad-run brand from Alaska, built to motivate others to stay active, disciplined, and strong. What started in a home garage turned into a mission—to create bold flags that remind you to push harder, stay consistent, and live a life that inspires your family.

When we couldn’t find gym flags that truly inspired discipline and hard work, we decided to create our own.

It’s a family effort. Each design is crafted with the help of my son, who shares the vision of being creative and building something that stands for hard work, focus, and legacy.
